The contribution of the Physical Education and Health Education program in our school is significantly positive, exciting, fun and challenging. All our activities are programed having in mind the needs of our students.
Variety in our PE curruculm is important to serve and to reach as many students as possible. Research is tellign us that
I recomend not only team sport activities but also individual activities such as yoga, tai chi, which are long life activities link to wellness in body, mind and spirit.
Paschimttanasana, A Yoga posture
I recommend a Pre-Yoga exercises such as the one proposed by Dr. Serge Raynaud de la Ferriere who had designed a series of pre-yoga exercises. These exercises lead student to a safer and more step to step progression of Yoga postures.
